    The Outstanding Volunteer/Volunteer of the Year golden pins bear PASR’s logo with the word volunteer. These pins are intended to be presented to the individuals honored at the region meetings as Outstanding Volunteers of the Year.

    The John J. Dillon PASR Service Award has been developed in an effort to recognize individuals that give tremendous service to this association. This recognition award is for persons who contribute outstanding service to our association and its members. Certificates will be given to the honoree. In addition, golden pins bearing PASR’s logo with a shamrock pendant are available for purchase that can be presented to the individuals honored at the region meetings as John J. Dillon PASR Service Award recipient.
